Democrats Defeat Pro-Life Senate Bill to Permanently Ban Taxpayer Funding of Abortions The Senate voted Thursday, January 17, on a pro-life bill that would permanently ban taxpayer funding of abortions.  However, pro-abortion Senate Democrats successfully filibustered the bill, preventing Senate Republicans from moving ahead to a final vote on the legislation.  U.S. Senators Roger Wicker, R-Miss, Pat Roberts, R-Kansas, and James Lankford, R-Okla., introduced the  “No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion and Abortion Insurance Full Disclosure Act,”  S.109.  The measure would establish a permanent, government-wide prohibition of taxpayer funding for abortion.  Click on above link to read more…..

Senator Lindsey Graham Files Bill to Ban Late-Term Abortions Killing Babies After 20 Weeks   Sen. Lindsey Graham has introduced legislation to ban late-term abortions on babies after 20 weeks who feel intense pain during abortion procedures.  The Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act had been introduced before but the Democrats killed it in a filibuster.   Click on above link to read more…..

WATCH: Senator Blasts Abortion: “The Unborn are the Most Vulnerable Among Us”  Republican Oklahoma Sen. Jim Inhofe showed his support for the men and women  participating January 18, 2019 in the March for Life by reflecting on the decades that he has advocated for the unborn. “The unborn are the most vulnerable among us, but are still deserving of the right to life” Inhofe said.  “We’re ready to start saving lives instead of taking the most vulnerable little lives and we’re ready now” he stated.                                                                                                                                                          Click on above link to read more…..

The AZ East Valley Pro-Life Alliance, Inc., founded in March 2011, is a non-profit, non-sectarian, 501©3 organization dedicated to educating the public on the Sanctity of Innocent Human Life From Conception to Natural Death. The primary goal of the AZ East Valley Pro-Life Alliance is to change hearts and minds to protect and defend every innocent human life created in the image and likeness of God through comprehensive uncompromising pro-life education.  Over the years, this all-volunteer organization has presented pro-life Conferences, Concerts in Commemoration of Roe vs. Wade, Educational Classes for adults as well as for our teens and youth, ages 5 to 12,  that continue as part of  the home-school curriculum across the Valley. The AZ East Valley Pro-Life Alliance also attends several public pro-life events throughout the year, providing pro-life educational brochures and current pro-life articles at EVPLA-hosted booths, issues BREAKING pro-life news and developments; most recently, the role Planned Parenthood plays in preying on our teens and young women with pro-abort campaigns:  “Shout Out Your Abortion” and “Youth Testify”  attempting to make abortions “fun”, the latter encouraging teens to celebrate their abortion!  
The AZ East Valley Pro-Life Alliance also provides pro-life speakers upon request, and promotes pro-life candidates during election years.

    Oct. 19, 2018:  Alabama top court judge urges Supreme Court overturn Roe v. Wade_              (LifeSite News)    Guarberto Garcia Jones, Esq.

Today, the Alabama Supreme Court unanimously ruled in the case of Jessie Phillips v. State of Alabama that “the value of the life of the unborn child is no less than the value of the lives of other persons”.  In a concurring opinion, Justice Parker boldly called on the Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade.  “I urge the Supreme Court of the United States of America to reconsider the Roe exception and to overrule this constitutional aberration, wrote the Alabama Supreme Court judge, and recommended that the court “return the power to the states to fully protect the most vulnerable amongst us”.    To read more click on above underlined link…and consider signing the petition

Planned Parenthood’s “Youth Testify” campaign has teens actually celebrating  their abortion to convince teens that aborting an unborn baby is no “big deal”, encouraging young people who had abortions to share their stories in various modern teen magazines.  Young adults who regret aborting their unborn babies or have had a bad experience with their abortion are definitely excluded from participating in this campaign.

                                Happy 242nd Birthday, America!
Today,  July 4th, 2018, Americans will celebrate the 242nd  Birthday of our great American nation.  As we prepare to celebrate our 242nd birthday as a free and independent nation there is no better place to start than with our founding documents.
The Declaration of Independence, which was signed 242 years ago this week, begins with these words:
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.”

242 years later, we all  need to remember that from the very beginning, our nation has acknowledged that there is a CREATOR, and that He is the Source of our rights. And that we are all endowed by our Creator with the right to LIFE, LIBERTY  and the PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS.    The Declaration of Independence states that all of this is SELF-EVIDENT, meaning any thinking person should be able to see it.

So as we prepare to celebrate America’s birthday today, let us  give thanks to our CREATOR, and to thank Him for giving us LIFE, and LIBERTY;  allowing us to pursue HAPPINESS.   It should be SELF-EVIDENT to all of us that God has given us so very much to be thankful for in the course of our lives. We live in a country where we can freely come to God in worship and where we can freely practice our Christian faith. It should be SELF-EVIDENT that it makes sense to stay close to God.

Our American Nation was founded on the Declaration of  Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. and they are still the most fundamental law of our land. Especially as we approach the elections this fall, keep in mind that our founding fathers believed in a powerful and good God, a God who gave us our most basic rights and duties, and a
God who deserves our worship and allegiance.

Perhaps reading even a section of these founding documents will help us to vote with our consciences to preserve and protect this American nation from all who would harm it from within and from outside our borders.

May God bless each one of us with SELF-EVIDENT FAITH  and may our faith be self-evident to all those around us as we live it out day by day in these United States of America.

a victory that is not just hope; it is a fact.
God, in Christ, has destroyed the power of death!
In all its forms ~ including abortion ~ death can never have the final word!

This is why we are pro-life!
The victory of this day is the starting point and foundation
of the pro-life movement. The gift of life, placed in our hands today,
is what we proclaim, celebrate and serve.

We announce and apply this victory

Arizona Named the Most Pro-Life State by Americans United for Life (AUL) who released its annual Life List which ranked Arizona as the #1 Pro-Life state

After a “comprehensive analysis of each state’s legal protections for human life from conception to natural death,” AUL’s legal team gave Arizona the highly coveted #1 ranking as the most pro-life state in the country. That is, the state that provides women and their children the most legal protections. Arizona was closely followed by Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Kansas.
In 2017, AUL ranked Arizona as the #5 most protective state and was one of only four states named as AUL All-Stars, but this is the first time Arizona has received a #1 ranking. AUL will release its full report next Monday on the 45th anniversary of the Roe v. Wade decision legalizing abortion nationwide.
According to Steve Aden, AUL’s Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel, “legislators across the country are continuing to fight back against ‘increasingly corporate abortion industry, that is determined to put their profit margins before the health and safety of women and children.’” The Arizona legislature exemplifies this fight in defense of women and their children.
This designation only happens because Arizona citizens elect policymakers who stand for the lives of preborn children and their mothers. On behalf of those citizens, we especially thank those pro-life legislators, former Governor Jan Brewer and current Governor Doug Ducey for keeping their commitments and enacting over 37 pro-life measures since 2009, making Arizona the most pro-life state in the country.
